Case presentation A 4-week-old male infant was presented to the ED with complaints of persistent drainage from both eyes for the last two days. Additionally, it was known from the infant’s parents that he had redness and swelling under the left eye for one day. History The infant had an uncomplicated perinatal history. Physical examination Body temperature - 38.2°C Purulent discharge from both eyes The presence of a 1 cm erythematous, fluctuant mass below the medial canthus of the left eye.
