A 28-year-old female reported with a 2-year history of hirsutism, virilization, and amenorrhea. She delivered a child 2 years back with lactation failure. She reported having a mild, intermittent abdominal pain. Any history of gestational hirsutism, drug intake, headache, proximal muscle weakness, striae or galactorrhea was absent.
