Idiopathic male infertility is one of the major concerns in the field of reproductive health because of its unknown etiology and hence diagnosis and management. A new terminology – Male oxidative stress infertility has been coined to address this issue. In spite of the reproductive health advances, idiopathic male infertility is a challenging condition with no identifiable cause, thereby complicating its diagnosis and appropriate treatment.
