A 28-year-old G 3 P 2 Pt 0 Ab 0 LC 2 female presented to the ED with complaints of cramping and vaginal bleeding. She reported that she was diagnosed with a missed abortion at a different clinic. She further added that she came to the present clinic to obtain a second opinion. Workup A transvaginal ultrasonography (TVUS) was performed which revealed a fetal pole with a crown-to-rump length that was in consistence with a GA of approximately nine weeks (Fig.
