A female patient (25-year-old) presents to the dental OPD with complaints of pain and swelling on the left side of the face for the last 3-4 years. Clinical history Raised cholesterol levels and being treated for the same for the last three years Swelling on both the eyes and taking medications as well No previous history of bone diseases in the family   Findings from the clinical examination Physical examination:   Periorbital swelling found on the left side of the face with pale skin bilaterally. The angle of the mandible and the ramus region showed extraoral palpation, bilateral firm, hard, non-tender swelling.
