Is it common to see urinary tract infection associated with Hepatitis A in children.In past 5 months,I have seen 4 such children with Hepatitis A and culture positive UTI (2 of the children had dysuria and other 2 had no uti related symptoms and diagnosed during lab tests)Is this association of UTI and Hepatitis A a co incidence only?please share your experience
