I have a question or need clarification, Police have booked a criminal case on me U/s 420 and 302 A, after unfortunate death of a snakebite victim, while transferring him by Ambulence with ventilator support. When courts (lower court next district court) repeatedly discharged the CASE for lack of Expert opinion to establish Primafacie of evidence of negligence, the police approached the district Medical board to assess all case documents to establish the Negligence. Police hvae gone ahead when I didnt meet their financial demands. Mean while I had to repeatedly attend the courts to appear for trials.
I have inturn filed suite on police for their malicious intentions. Now I need some clarification. Can I ask the Medical board to supply me a copy of it's report, after completing the meeting as I am also party to it?
