56 years old lady with controlled hypertension and hypothermia complaint of severe chest pain,ECG and Angiography was normal.Upper GI suggestive of small Hiatus hernia.Patient is on proton pump inhibitors with some relief,but frequently complains of attacks of chest pain and breathlessness.There is no history of COPD or any other respiratory diseases. Can Hiatus Hernia be responsible for these symptoms, Is surgery indicated?
