Case presentation A 25-year-old woman presented with the chief complaint of eyelid swelling, redness, and retrobulbar pain four months after delivery ( Figure 1 ). Medical history Past 10 years: Bronchial asthma and recurrent skin rashes of unknown etiology Five years ago: Dacryoadenitis was diagnosed via MRI scan ( Figure 2a ); symptoms resolved within a few days after using a steroid containing eye drops.
