A 30-year-old male presented with two linear cord-shaped lesions present below the areola and extending vertically to the abdomen ( Image 1 ). Image 1. Cord-like lesions on the right chest Patient history The patient had undergone liposuction-assisted skin-sparing adenectomy to treat grade II gynecomastia six weeks ago at the same hospital. No history of smoking or alcohol consumption Suction drains were inserted for 48 h postsurgery. The patient was to wear a thoracic compression vest for one month.
Stitches were removed at POD 15. On examination No pain or discomfort at the site of the lesions Topical NSAID was prescribed. Patient came back the following day complaining of slight pain on the lesion site. Lesions were not visible.
