Case presentation A 64-year-old female presented with pain in the neck and shoulder region. She also suffered from anorexia, asthenia, and weight loss. The condition had developed over a year and had multiple recurrences.

Radiographic findings A plain radiograph of the vertebral column revealed multiple osteolytic lesions along with flattening of the vertebra (Cover image D, circled). The osteolytic lesions were also observed on plain radiographs of the skull bone (Cover image A), left arm (Cover image B), and lower limbs (Cover image C).
