Case Presentation: A 55-year-old male patient presented with falling respiratory condition, leading to acute hypoxic respiratory failure, followed by dyspnea of 1-month duration, coupled with yellowish sputum cough. History: Past Hypertension Chronic obstructive lung disease Untreated Hepatitis C Social Consumes cocaine Investigation Findings: Oxygen saturation – 96% on 2L/minute Auscultation of the Left lower lobe – Bilateral rhonchi and crackles Troponin I level – 0.2 ng/mL Chest X-Ray – Diffused nodular bilateral upper and lower lobe patchy airspace opacities; multi-lobar pneumonia.
