Medical History Carcinoma of the larynx 7 years ago with complete remission Radiotherapy to treat the laryngeal carcinoma Other History Worked at a construction site Never smoked Investigation findings Chest X-Ray – Right hilar mass associated with right middle lobe collapse CT thorax – Mediastinal lymphadenopathy Fiber optic bronchoscopy – Complete obliteration of the right middle lobe bronchus, lingula, and left lower lobe bronchus by swollen mucosa with dark patches of anthracosis Cytology – Mild atypia Bronchoscopy (one month later) – Similar results as the previous bronchoscopy with anthracosis What according to you is the diagnosis?
