Case presentation A 54-year-old woman was referred to the ENT outpatient clinic due to persistent unilateral nasal blockage and headaches lasting eight months. She had previously received a trial of steroid nasal spray prescribed by her primary care physician, without relief. Her medical history was unremarkable, and she denied symptoms such as anosmia, nasal discharge, facial pain, or epistaxis.

Nasal endoscopy An erythematous mass was observed in the superior aspect of the right nasal cavity. The lession occupied the space between the middle and superior meatus and extended towards the nasal septum.
