IRAN Case presentation A 35-year-old female patient presented to the dermatology department with a 2-week history of pruritic painful skin lesions. She was unaware of her pregnancy (G1P0) and was otherwise healthy. History of present illness The patient was apparently alright two weeks ago, after which she noticed a single erythematous rash on her abdomen. She visited a general practitioner, who prescribed her cloxacillin capsules, hydrocortisone injection, and mupirocin ointment. The symptoms were temporarily resolved.

Three days later, numerous pruritic and painful skin lesions appeared on the trunk, upper and lower limbs. The patient gave a history of similar presentation on her foot ankle about a year ago.
