A 37-year-old man visited the clinic with a painful mass near the tattooed area on the right side of the neck region. The lesion was first noticed at the site 2.5 years ago, and since then, it grew rapidly into a cauliflower-like mass bleeding sporadically. Patient history: The patient had social drinking habits and a history of 9-pack per year of tobacco consumption. Physical examination: On physical examination, there were several tattoos adjacent to the mass.

The mass was friable, tender, measuring 5.4 Γ— 5.3 Γ— 2.5 cm.
