Case presentation A 44-year-old athlete physician came to the clinic with problems of feeling fatigued and weakness in the right arm after working for two hours. He had no balance problems or other similar symptoms on the left side. Additionally, he reported a constant coldness in the right hand and severe pain directly related to activities.
