As the skin is the primary layer of defense, it gets impacted by various diseases that can majorly affect the quality of life of a person. The case presented here discusses one such clinical presentation of skin disease, which is an uncommon and acquired condition. Case presentation: A 25-year-old man presented to the outpatient department with complaints of increased laxity and hyperesthesia of the skin on both elbows and knees since puberty. Patient history: No history of severe weight loss was reported.

The patient did not report any history of cardiovascular, respiratory, gastrointestinal, urinary, or ophthalmological complaints and used no medication.
