Β  A 70-year-old man visited the clinic with a complaint of tongue ulcer on the right side for two months and right lower lip lesion for 15 days, both of which gradually increased in size. Medical history The patient had a history of lip cancer and underwent surgery 12 years back with subsequent radiotherapy. He was a tobacco smoker for 30 years and had discontinued its use after being diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma. Physical examination The patient experienced burning sensation in the lower lip with some bleeding due to a minor accident.

Absence of fever, paresthesia, lethargy, tiredness, or weakness. The patient also did not report any problems while swallowing or opening the mouth.
