Case presentation A 30-year-old male presented with nasal obstruction and symptoms of allergic rhinitis. As he had a history of adenoidectomy during childhood, he had been diagnosed with residual adenoids at multiple facilities before this presentation. He had also received differing opinions on whether removing adenoids was necessary.
