Case Presentation A five-year-and-five-month-old child with no prior medical history presented with a three-week history of progressive right-sided unilateral exophthalmos (Figure 1). This was accompanied by prolonged high-grade fever (39–40°C) lasting two months, right lower chest pain, intermittent watery diarrhea (four stools/day), and symptoms of anemia, including generalized pallor, asthenia, anorexia, and an 8 kg weight loss over two months.
