A 4-year-old girl presented with an asymptomatic lesion on her tongue , which appeared three months before she presented to the hospital. The lesion was causing distress while speaking and eating. The patient had no previous history of trauma. On examination, a large , fleshy , non-tender , trans-illuminable , translucent , exophytic , and painless mass was observed on the right hemilingual ventral surface with mucous “spillage” ( as shown in the figure).

No enlargement of the cervical lymph nodes was observed. Surprisingly, tongue movements were not compromised. What is your diagnosis for this patient?
