A 9-year-old female patient came with complaints of hyperpigmented spots scattered over the right side of face (NOT crossing midline) since one and half years. These spots are typically located over the maxillary division of trigeminal nerve. The patient complains paresthesia over affected part of the skin. The patient feels the exaggerated response of fine touch, crude touch and temperature sensations. Even blow of air while travelling in vehicle results in hypersensation on the affected part of the skin.

Stimulation of the affected part sometimes results in increased lacrimation from the right eye. The number of hyperpigmented spots are neither increasing nor decreasing since their appearance. The pigmentation also remained unchanged. The patient did not take any treatment for that except some multivitamins or local application of hydroquinone. What is the diagnosis of the condition…
