Case Presentation A 59-year-old woman with poorly controlled type II diabetes mellitus presented to the dermatology outpatient clinic with a one-year history of thick, raised, itchy skin lesions on both lower limbs. The lesions were associated with serous and occasional bloody discharge. She also reported dyspepsia, tingling in the legs, and knee joint tenderness.
