In any patient with chronic venous insufficiency with varicose veins, diosmin 450 mg and Hesperidin 50 mg is the drug of choice (1000 mg bd for three months). But in a life course apart from elastic stockings and other lifestyle changes, I have two questions, Which is the best option for wearing elastic stockings in lower limb varicose? below knee elastic stockings?

above knee elastic stockings? In a life course how frequently the above drug should be given,  yearly once or some other protocol?
