A 55 yr old man, labour, mission, complaining of a cough for three months, treated at his town, came to me for cough and dyspnoea and weakness for three months. Cbc normal, X-ray chest is posted.

Rt upper segment shows collapsed lung with bronchiectasis changes Lt upper segment, appears as if there is no lung tissue of pneumothorax and lower segment shows multiple pneumothorax. Is this severe COPD or CA rt upper lung seg Or something else?
