An AIIMS doctor was accused for refusing to treat a patient and misbehaving with his family. Against his plea, doctor said that there was no charge sheet or evidence against him. According to the complaint a person with his two sons was in the emergency department for treatment of his father. The person alleged that the doctor on duty refused to treat his father and called two other doctors and a security guard who slapped him and punched him. A FIR was registered wherein the security guard was charged but not the doctor.
