Case Presentation A 48-year-old woman with a prior history of carcinoma ovary, in remission for 1.5 years, was referred to the outpatient department of ophthalmology with a 10-day history of diplopia and progressive diminution of vision in both eyes. Medical History Carcinoma ovary (treated one year ago, under remission for 1.5 years) Under regular follow-up with the radiotherapy department Physical Examination Visual acuity: OD (right eye) 20/60, OS (left eye) 20/60 Extraocular movements: Full and free Slit-lamp examination: Normal anterior segment findings Fundus examination: Bilateral pronounced optic disc swelling with disc hemorrhages and absent spontaneous venous pulsations (Figure 1) Figure 1: Bilateral profound disc edema.
