Synopsis In vitro fertilization (IVF) is an invasive and expensive treatment option for infertile women, making it extremely imperative to succeed. Complementary procedures like acupuncture have been tried out to improve the success rate of IVF post embryo transfer. There is a lack of clarity and uniformity in the acupuncture protocols. Acupuncture could increase the success rates of IVF in women.
