As per MCI declaration form Faculty is supposed to produce experience certificate and relieving order at the time of inspection. Recently I have seen many cases where medical colleges deliberately delay/deny experience cert and relieving order so that staff can not leave their college. My question is what is the relevance of experience certificate if the appointment order and resignation letter itself indicative of experience.
Similarly relieving order is completely private matter between college and the employee , what MCI has to do with this? Ironically IMA has not done any thing on this issue.
