Dacryocystorhinostomy is considered as a treatment of choice for epiphora which is characterized by watery eyes. Nasolacrimal duct obstruction is a major cause behind the outflow of tears which needs surgical intervention. It can be done by two methods, external DCR or the by the endoscopic DCR. DCR is recommended in the conditions like watery eyes, sticky discharge through the corner of the eye or recurrent swelling at the corner of the eye.
