An 85-year-old woman presented in the OPD with the chief complaints of increased tiredness, for 6 months, loss of appetite, weight loss and nausea. Medical history: The patient is hypertensive from last 20 years and has been on antihypertensive medication for that since then. She has had two cerebrovascular accidents, which have left her with some left side weakness and reduced mobility. Physical examination : Conjunctivae - pale. Pulse - 88/min regular Blood pressure- 190/110 mmHg Mild pitting edema present on ankles.
