An 18 yrs old female was presented having primary amenorrhoea, short, lean, weight 32.8 kg, no hirsutism, breast development poor, axillary & pubic hair are present. No response (withdrawal) to estradiol + medroxyprogesterone, karyotyping normal 46 xx TSH =n, FSH 5.48, LH 15.17, estradiol 123, PRL =16.72 USG= hypoplastic uterus (very small), right ovary =n, left ovary enlarged with multiple small peripheral follicles.

Can this be the case of Polycystic Ovarian Disease (PCOD)?
