Synopsis Antimuscarinics are commonly used as a first-line pharmacologic treatment for urgency urinary incontinence (UUI) and overactive bladder (OAB). Antimuscarinics such as fesoterodine have optimal efficacy with manageable side effects. In this regard, the following article summarizes the results of fesoterodine, an FDA-approved drug in reducing UUI episodes.
