A 15 years old girl presented to me for general weakness, chest pain and laziness since 2 months. On examination she was dull, sad. Ch est appeared deviated, there are lymph nodes palpable in RIF, chest from back is devieted and asymmetrical. ESR 40 mm MT negative.
She studies in 7th standard and weak in studies, she remains quite and not mixing, remains aloof. She was started ATT and improved in clinical symptoms only appetite improved weakness improved, Lymphnodes reduced in size in two months. Please look at clinical features and find out the problem. Only minimum investigation can be possible for her.
