Case Presentation A 42-year-old man was referred to the dermatology clinic for evaluation of a generalized pruritic skin eruption. He presented with widespread, intensely pruritic erythematous papules involving the trunk, face, and extremities, which had progressively worsened and prompted specialist consultation.
