Vulvovaginal candidiasis is not an uncommon gynecological symptom in women. However, the infection still needs to be diagnosed carefully and managed properly to prevent further complications. This article outlines what is included in the United Kingdom National Guideline on the management of vulvovaginal candidiasis.
