A 50-year-old female was admitted with a history of jaundice for last 2 months. There was no history of a prodrome of viral hepatitis, suggestive of cholestasis features, and drug intake. No similar complaints in the past were present. There was no history of any comorbidity and addiction and appetite was normal. General Examination On general physical examination, icterus was present.

The liver was palpable 8 cm below costal margin and span was 15 cm. Liver was firm and non-tender. Rest of the examination was normal.
