Medical and personal history No history of respiratory distress 60 pack-year history of smoking Examination Bronchoscopy revealed a tumor in the right upper bronchus Histopathology of the biopsied specimen revealed stage IIIB lung adenocarcinoma The tumor was EGFR‐ and ALK‐negative Management Chemo-radiotherapy was initiated with cisplatin and vinorelbine Post-chemo-radiotherapy, maintenance therapy was initiated with 10 mg/kg of durvalumab every two weeks.
