Renal or kidney cancer often leads to acute renal failure (ARF) in patients. The morbidity and mortality of kidney cancer are based on the duration and severity of renal failure. A kidney is not a lymphoid organ; therefore, lymphomas in a kidney were questioned. This case focuses on the lymphomatous involvement of the kidney.
