A 43-year-old male presented to a dentist for a general examination and checkup. Upon examination, the dentist observed an abnormally large and misshapen mandibular tooth. History: The patient was aware of the abnormal tooth. He had several checkups and routine restorative treatment received before. Physical examination: The patient was in an overall good state of health at the time of presentation.
