Case presentation:  A 68-year-old woman presented to the ophthalmology clinic with complaints of a gradual decline of vision. She complained that her eyebrows had to be raised manually to boost her superior field of vision; she hadn't been able to raise her eyes for  past 25 years. She also had arthralgia, generalized weakness, and nasal congestion.

Medical history:  Cataract in both the eyes (OU) Dry eye syndrome Ocular hypertension Asthma Allergic rhinitis Breast cancer Depression Gastroesophageal reflux disease Hyperlipidemia Hypertension Hypothyroidism Osteoarthritis Family history:  She didn't know if her father or brother were affected but she mentioned that her father had an unexplained condition with his corneas, as well as bad vision and drooping eyelids.
