Case presentation A 48-year-old woman reported to the general surgery department with complaints of abdominal pain and an abdominal mass over the last eight years. She had neither disturbance in her menstrual cycle nor had any bowel or bladder symptoms. Tumor markers were found to be within the normal limits.
