Patient history A 36-year-old male presents to a dermatologist with multiple skin lesions, which had gradually developed over the last two years. The patient was diagnosed with a basal cell carcinoma over his left cheek ten years back which was surgically excised. He also underwent numerous dental procedures in the past. His father also had a history of multiple basal cell carcinoma. Examination He had multiple erythematous patches with overlying scale on his anterior and posterior trunk and three similar lesions on his face.
