A 58 year old woman with diabetes mellitus, osteopenia and osteoarthritis knee of 20 years duration. She is reported with frequent passing of tablet of calcium supplements in stool. Besides antidiabetics she is also taking rabeprazole with domperidone, analgesic off and on.

She is taking single brand of calcium supplements. How to manage this case? What could be the causes of insolubility of tablet?
