A 60-year-old female farmer with a black projectile growth on her right thumb for the last five years presented to the hospital. She had undergone an excision three years ago of the same lesion. Medical examination: Presence of a 6X1 cm long, blackish, curved, and elongated growth near the ulnar side of the right thumb A thickened hyperpigmented lesion at the base of the growth was observed. (Figure 1)   Figure 1. The giant cutaneous horn on the thumb. Diagnosis and management Based on the observation and examination, the patient was clinically diagnosed with giant cutaneous horn (GCH).
