A 70-year-old man initially presented with dengue fever. However, the symptoms worsened giving rise to immune-mediated complications following dengue fever. Past History: Diabetes and hypertension for 6 years. No history of recent respiratory or gastrointestinal infection,  immunization, or neurological diseases. Medication History: Tab. Losartan for hypertension and Tab. Metformin for diabetes mellitus. Signs and symptoms: Acute onset, high grade, and intermittent fever. Arthralgia and Myalgia.

Headache and nausea. Drooping of eyelids. Dysarthria. Dysphagia. Difficulty in walking. Absence of any alteration of consciousness, seizures, sphincter dysfunction, limb weakness, or paresthesia.
