A 30-year-old male experienced immediate pain, urethral hemorrhage, and detumescence shortly after vaginal sexual intercourse. He also found blood filling the condom. No significant family or medical history was found. The urinalysis report was unavailable, and the initial inspection revealed uncircumcised phallus and peri-meatal ecchymosis. Urethrorrhagia was observed, which was exacerbated by voiding. No structural deformity, penile or perineal ecchymosis was observed.
A pendulous tender urethral nodule was observed at the location of the pain. Retrograde urethrography images have been provided. What can be the probable diagnosis for this patient?
