A 23-year-old female reported a small mass on her perineum. The first occurrence of the mass was 3 years back. The mass grew in size over a period of time however, there was no interference with her day to day activities. No difficulties in urination or sexual activities were reported by the patient. No history of STDs reported. No history of previous gynecological interventions. Physical Examination: Periurethral or anterior vaginal wall lesion.

5 cm × 6 cm firm, nodular, mobile mass attached to the posterior lip of the urethra. No additional masses or extensions seen. No pain, bleeding, or discharge from the mass. Histopathology Findings: A 5.6 cm polypoid and pedunculated mass with smooth and glistening external surface. A cut section of skin showed homogenous color.
