Case Summary  1 A 68-year-old male visits the neurology clinic with complaints of rigidity in his arms and difficulty in working due to the constant shaking of his hands. His wife also mentioned that he was more forgetful. The patient faced trouble while standing; he could not move quickly as the movements froze. The patient also had a history of panic disorder and hypertension for two and five years respectively. Clinical Presentation and History  1 Presenting complaints: Rigidity, tremor, forgetfulness, and bradykinesia.

Family history: The parents had a history of hypertension, while the mother also had a history of depression. Social history: The patient is a non-smoker and occasional drinker with a non-vegetarian diet. No known allergies.
